Amigonstro products are hand made by hands that love to create and use their work to make people happy. Please note that hand made products can may vary slightly in appearance. We think that it is great because make it uniques, we hope that you feel the same.

Amigonstro shop accepts:
-Payment by Paypal, is very easy and safe to use and if you don't have a Paypal account you can make the payment anyway with your credit card]
-Bank tranfer by invoice [just for domestic orders - Portugal]
-Collect-on-Delivery [just for domestic orders - Portugal]
-Check [just for domestic orders - Portugal]
DELIVERY
Normally orders are sent by registered mail [CTT - Portugal mail] so we can see if orders are delivered to our customers in time and safely.
You can see the delivery time of each product in its description but normally orders are sent in 2-5 days to Portugal, 5-8 days to Europe and 8-15 days to the rest of the world. Please have attention that delivery time is in working days [monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday and friday].
RETURN POLICY
Amigonstro wants that you really enjoy your order so if for some reason you are not satisfied with what you receive it's easy: return it. Send an e-mail to info@shopamigonstro.com, with your name and number order, explaining what you want to return and, in case of exchange, what item(s) do to you want to receive back. Please have attention the returning costs are your responsability, we'll not refund the postage costs of the returnig.
Returns for refund: The returned item(s) will be refunded as soon as possible upon receipt, you'll receive an inform e-mail in that moment.

I have seen a product but it no longer seems to be in stock ?
That happens because all Amigonstro products are made in limited editions and the most popular items will run out very quickly so you need to be quick and get it before someone else does.
ORDERING:
How can i place an order ?
Choose the item(s) you want and click in 'Add to Cart', the item(s) will be forwarded to your Shopping Cart (you can see it every time you want looking at the left side of the page) after you choose all the items you have to click in 'Check Out', choose the payment method you want and proceed with the order. It's very easy but if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us.
Which currency do you use ?
Our currency is Euro but don't worry because if in your location you don't have Euro when you place an order Paypal will automatically convert the transaction to your own currency.
Is it safe to buy on Amignstro e-shop ?
Paypal is the easier and safe way to buy online, when you place the order you'll make all the trasaction in your Paypal account and we don't have any acess to your data. All of your details are secure.

What happens if my order is delivered when i'm not at home ?
All orders requires a signature upon receipt. If there's no one at home in the delivery moment the postman will leave a letting card in your box so you can know when and where you can pick up your order. Please be attention because you'll have just a few days (normally 5-7 days) to get it and if you don't do it in that time the order will be returned to us and will have to pay again the postage costs to send it again to you.
